Fees Refund Policy

1. Fees paid online to Holyangels isc is refundable as per school policies but are not transferable.
2. All requests for refund must be submitted by the students/parents in writing addressed to the Principal, in person. It can be a regular mail, email or by directly visiting the office. The Principal shall acknowledge the receipt of the same. Refund request via telephone messages are not acceptable.
3. All dues should be paid in order for the formalities of refund to be completed. 4. Refund is solely based on the credit left in the student’s account after all applicable dues are deducted. Discounts or concessions enjoyed by the student or parent may not be applicable upon refund.
5. Excess payment & amount deducted by mistake through technical or other reasons will be refunded only after verification. Refund will be processed within 45 days after receipt of written complaint by the parent/student.
6. The mode of refund will be physical. So students / parents must visit school during office hours to claim the refund.
7. Processing/Convenience charges should be paid by the student/parent on top of the fees/dues payable to school while making payment through payment gateway.
8. Service tax rate will also be added to the fess/dues payable. School holds no right over the service taxes imposed by the Government.
9. The net amount refunded will be after deduction of transaction processing charges paid to the online payment gateway.
10. No interest is paid on a refund of any fees/deposit.
11. Student/parent should contact school authorities first, regarding any excess or double payment made by them.
12. The refund of any fee is subject to the refund policy prevailing at the time of seeking a refund.
13. The School reserves the right to modify and amend refund policies at any time by uploading the same in the school’s website
14. All disputes are subject to the legal jurisdiction of District Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, (India).
