Basket of Hope – Sharing Joy Throughout the Year

Being the Jubilee year, Pilgrim of Hope is the theme of our Carmelite Congregation. Inspired by this, our school has undertaken a noble initiative called "Basket of Hope", which will continue throughout this academic year. As part of the program, students, teachers, and parents contribute daily essentials, food items, and other useful materials to be shared with those in need. Recently, our school community visited a Providence Home and handed over the collected items. The residents welcomed us with warmth and gratitude, and the students spent time joyfully interacting with them. The smiles exchanged made the day truly special and memorable.

Our Basket of Hope extends beyond homes of the needy. We have also supported students financially, reached out to parents, assisted our supporting staff, and helped people in the neighborhood around our school. This year-long program is not only bringing comfort to many but also nurturing the values of kindness, generosity, and empathy among our students. Basket of Hope truly reminds us that giving is a joy, and small acts of kindness can bring great happiness.
